A Chardonnay for Riesling lovers. Lively and elegant, with floral, lime and peach flavors gaining complexity, with spice and mineral accents. There's nice harmony and length.

REGION

France, Burgundy, Côte d'Or, Côte de Beaune, Saint Aubin, Les Murgers des Dents de Chien

Les Murgers des Dents de Chien is a 39.5-acre Premier Cru vineyard in the Saint-Aubin appellation, in Burgundy’s Cote de Beaune. Saint-Aubin has no Grand Crus, but there are 29 Premier Crus planted to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Les Murgers des Dents de Chien is on the eastern edge of the appellation and borders Puligny-Montrachet. Wine writers note that although the appellation of Saint-Aubin was in the past typically not given much attention by wine collectors, in recent decades it has been increasingly noted for the high quality of its wines.
