You can really see the wild botrytis character in this wine with lots of spice and dried-mushroom character. Full-bodied and intensely sweet palate, yet there’s bright acidity and a spicy finish.
...medium to full-bodied aromas and flavors of lemon curd, white flowers, and salty minerality. I love its purity of fruit. It’s a rockingly good white well worth seeking out.
...bursts from the glass with vibrant notes of grapefruit, fresh pineapple, mango and guava plus nuances of lemongrass, crushed rocks and allspice. The palate has plenty of spring in its step with energetic citrus and tropical fruit layers, finishing long and zesty.
...an attractive and very pure bouquet that seduces with beautifully defined scents of acacia honey, praline and subtle white peach. The palate is lively on the entry and displays a fine bead of acidity. A welcome touch of stem ginger enlivens the finish...
Smells of candied pineapple but with the almond-paste notes of botrytis. Rich and tropical on the palate, reined in by that almond flavour. Broad, rich and spicy with good length and enough acidity for balance. Full and generous.
