Palmaz Vineyards’ modern history dates to the late 1990s when Julio and Amalia Palmaz bought the historic Napa estate on Hagen Road, planted 64 acres of vineyards and built a modern winery.
Aubert produces what many consider California’s first “cult Chardonnay.” Mark Aubert’s single vineyard Calistoga wines are regularly compared to Grand Cru Burgundies. The winery also produces spectacular Pinot Noir. Aubert production is very limited.
