Promise was founded in 2004 by Jennifer and Steve McPherson. Robert M. Parker Jr. has rated Promise Cabs in the mid-90s, and called one vintage "Absolutely spectacular…It looks to me like a classic from Napa Valley."

Fred Schrader has created a brilliant combination of fruit from the legendary Beckstoffer To Kalon and Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyards, and expertise from star winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown.

Domaine Dujac is a youngster by Burgundy standards. Founded in 1967 by Louis Seysses, Dujac wines quickly earned acclaim. The domaine remains a family operation with prime parcels in grand cru and premier cru vineyards.
