Domaine Francois Raveneau is one of the most legendary estates in Chablis. Founded in 1948 by Francois Raveneau, it has been run by his descendants ever since. Raveneau wines are noted for their exquisite expression of their terroir.
Jacques Lassaigne is a 12-acre estate in southern Champagne run by Emmanuel Lassaigne, son of the founder. Wine Advocate’s reviewer noted that Emmauel's "cuvées are highly appreciated in advanced wine circles around the globe.”
Aubert produces what many consider California’s first “cult Chardonnay.” Mark Aubert’s single vineyard Calistoga wines are regularly compared to Grand Cru Burgundies. The winery also produces spectacular Pinot Noir. Aubert production is very limited.
