Château Pape-Clement was named for Pope Clement V, the 14th-century French pope who caused a major upheaval in the Catholic church when he briefly moved the papacy to Avignon. The wines are considered elegant, complex and distinctive.
Grace Family Vineyard’s history started in 1976 when Richard Grace and his family moved to St. Helena to grow grapes. Nearly 40 years later their very limited production Cabernet Sauvignons are among the region’s most acclaimed wines.
Caymus Vineyards was established when the Wagner Family fled San Francisco for the wine country after the 1906 earthquake. The Wagners are still making some of Napa Valley’s best wines.
