Domaine Mugneret-Gibourg in Vosne-Romanee is one of the appellation’s most legendary estates. Founded in 1933 by a hardworking young married couple, the estate is today run by their granddaughters and a great granddaughter.

Founder Randy Dunn worked for years at Caymus and purchased a vineyard on Howell Mountain in 1978. He and his wife make Cabs, which are some of the most consistent and well-made in Napa Valley.

Flowers Vineyard & Winery was established in 1989 when Walt and Joan Flowers purchased land on the Sonoma Coast. The Flowers had owned a nursery in Pennsylvania but wanted to combine their love of agriculture with their interest in winemaking.
