Vieux-Chateau-Certan is one of the oldest estates in Pomerol. It was founded in the 16th century in the heart of Pomerol’s most remarkable viticultural plateau. The wine is admired for its perfume and elegance.

Château Léoville-Poyferré was part of a large estate divided up after the French Revolution. Today the estate is owned by Didier Cuvelier and his family. The quality of the wines has soared with modernization of the cellars and other improvements.
