Champagne Salon is a legendary producer of vintage Champagne and for many decades the house Champagne at Maxim’s, one of Paris’ most famous restaurants. To maintain its stellar reputation, Champagne Salon is made only in exceptional vintages.

Founded in 2009 by winemaker Jesse Katz, Aperture Cellars is based in Healdsburg, Sonoma County, and features a range of Bordeaux-styled wines from vineyards throughout the Sonoma Valley.
