Château d’Issan is a 123-acre estate in Cantenac. Since 1945 d’Issan has been owned by the Cruse family of Bordeaux, which also owns Château Pontet-Canet, Château Haut-Bages-Liberal and other Bordeaux estates.
Domaine Armand Rousseau was founded in the early 20th century by Armand Rousseau. Today his family still runs the estate. Burgundy expert Clive Coates calls the domaine’s wines “vigorous and very classy… this is superb winemaking…”
