Cabaud Wines was founded by Philip and Bonne Cabaud, who brought on Napa star winemaker Luc Morlet to craft their wines. Reviewers have been impressed with Cabaud’s Cabernet Sauvignons, called them “stunning.”
Château Angelus is one of the most romantically-named of all the Bordeaux chateaux. It is named for a vineyard where you can simultaneously hear the daily devotional ringing of the Angelus bells from three nearby catholic churches.
Fifth Growth Bordeaux Chateau Pontet-Canet dates to the 18th Century when the governor of Medoc purchased vineyards in Pauillac. His descendants added parcels in Canet.
