Founded in 1895 and located on 220 hectares in the Roussillon region, Domaine Cazes counts four generations of family winemaking in the region. Since 1997, all of Domaine Cazes' vineyards have been certified both biodynamic and organic.

Cramoisi, French for crimson, is derived from the delightful crimson clover that blankets the vineyard every spring.

Chateau Rieussec was originally owned and tended by monks, but it was confiscated during the French Revolution. Today this dessert wine estate is owned by Barons de Rothschild.
