Premiere Napa Valley is an annual barrel tasting and wine auction held every February and open only to the wine and beverage trade. Napa's vintners make one-of-a-kind cuvees for the auction.

Founded in 1898 in Chateauneuf-du-Pape in the Rhone Valley, the domaine was named for a nearby early 19th-century telegraph relay tower. Still run by the same family, Vieux Telegraphe is one of the appellation’s most legendary estates.

Château Canon was founded by an 18th century French naval officer who made his fortune pillaging English trading ships. He built the château and planted his entire property to grapes. Today Canon is known for rich, full-bodied, muscular wines.
