Located in the heart of France’s Champagne region, Krug was founded in 1843 by Johann-Joseph Krug, a German immigrant. Still operated by the Krug family, the house specializes in prestige cuvees with traditional, elegant style.

Fred Schrader has created a brilliant combination of fruit from the legendary Beckstoffer To Kalon and Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyards, and expertise from star winemaker Thomas Rivers Brown.

Founders Helen Turley and John Wetlaufer produce some of the world’s most highly rated and complex Chardonnays and Pinot Noirs. Marcassin is their own Russian River Valley haven.
