Domaine Fontaine-Gagnard owns 20 acres mostly in Chassagne-Montrachet with premier cru parcels in Pommard and Volnay. It is especially well-known for its remarkable Criots-Batard-Montrachet, which has been applauded by Burgundy expert Clive Coates.
Domaine Alain Hudelot-Noellat is today run by Alain's grandson Charles, who has continued his grandfather’s tradition of excellence. Robert Parker notes that the estate produces “extremely seductive, creamy wines…”
Spottswoode Vineyard & Winery was founded 1972 by the Novak family, who produced their first Cabernet Sauvignon in 1982. Spottswoode Cabs are widely admired, and the family-run estate also produces Cabernet Franc, Sauvignon Blanc and Zinfandel.
