Von Schubert is an estate in the Mosel region of Germany. A thousand years ago it was owned by a Benedictine monastery, and later, under the name Grunhaus, it became privately owned. In the late 19th century the owner’s daughter inherited the estate and after marrying Conrad von Schubert, the estate’s name came to include the “von Schubert.” The estate is still owned and operated by the von Schubert family. Von Schubert makes numerous Rieslings.
