Pierre Paillard is a Champagne house in Bouzy with 28 acres of Grand Cru vineyards planted to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The Paillard family has been growing grapes and making wine in Bouzy for more than 200 years. It is today run by Benoit Paillard and his sons Antoine and Quentin. The estate makes several Grand Cru Champagnes and a small amount of still Pinot Noir.
