Champagne Minière F & R is run by brothers Rodolphe and Frederic Minière, who are fourth generation vignerons. The domaine was founded by their grandfather and until 2007 the estate’s grapes were sold to large producers. Today the brothers make their own Champagnes, including a 100% Chardonnay and a Brut Zero. James Suckling has complimented the domaine for wines made in a “bright, dry style with a very refined, elegant and restrained feel.”
