Harrison Winery & Vineyards was founded in 1987 by Michael and Lyndsey Harrison. The couple bought 17 acres of prime vineyard property on Pritchard Hill and produced Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Zinfandel. Lyndsey Harrison was winemaker. Michael died in 1999 and today the estate no longer produces wine. In the decade or so that the estate produced wines, reviewers were complimentary. James Laube wrote that the wines were “solid, complex and rich in varietal fruit.” Harrison labels were notable for the stylized zebra drawing.
