Gypsy Canyon is a small, artisanal producer in the Santa Rita Hills on the Central California Coast. Gypsy Canyon includes several small vineyards of just a couple of acres each. The estate is owned by Deborah Hall, and she focuses on Pinot Noir and dessert wines. The cuvees are made in very small quantities, sometimes only 100 cases or so a year. But they have earned compliments from reviewers. Wine Spectator has called the Santa Rita Hills Vineyard Pinots "complex, fresh and juicy...full-bodied and intense without being heavy."
