Emmolo Wines was founded by Cheryl Emmolo in 1994. The winemaker for the label is now her daughter Jenny Wagner. Cheryl Emmolo came from a Napa Valley grape growing family as did Jenny’s father, Chuck Wagner. The Wagners are long-time Napa vintners. Chuck’s father and mother founded Caymus Vineyards in 1972. The family now owns and runs a group of Napa wineries, including Caymus, Conundrum, Mer Soleil, Red Schooner and Emmolo.
