Domaine Robert-Denogent was started in the early 20th century by Clause Denogent, who took over his father’s vineyards in the appellations of Macon-Villages, Saint-Veran and Pouilly-Fuisse. Today the 20-acre estate is run by his grandson Jean-Jacques Robert and his great-grandson. The estate grows only Chardonnay. It includes the Pouilly-Fuisse Les Carrons, a monopole of about half an acre.
