Domaine Boisson

Domaine Boisson traces its roots to the mid-19th century, when Régis Boisson bought land and a small cottage and began farming. The property continued as a farm until after WW11, when a cold snap killed the farm’s olive trees. The family decided to replace them with grape vines and for a time they sold their grapes to the local wine cooperative. That changed in 1957 when René Boisson left the cooperative and started his own production. Today the estate is run by Régis and his sons Bruno and Alain. The estate has expanded over time and the family now has vineyards in Carianne, Massif d’Uchaux and Côtes du Rhône appellations. Robert Parker has called Domaine Boisson “one of the finest estates in southern France…”
