Comando G was founded by friends Daniel Jimenez-Landi and Fernando Garcia, who met while studying at the University of Madrid. The vineyard stretches 10 hectares and is organically and biodynamically farmed. Vines range in age from 50 - 80 years old and are planted in granite, slate, and quartz dominant soils. Fruit is always harvested by hand and each bottling is single-vineyard, as they seek to bring out the unique nuances from each of their plots.
