Château Chauvin is a 37-acre Grand Cru estate in St.-Emilion. It is owned by Marie-France Fevrier and Beatrice Ondet and the winemaking consultant is Michel Rolland. Vineyards are planted to 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Some 50,000 bottles are produced annually and the second wine is Borderie de Chauvin. Robert M.
