Château Seguin is owned by the Darriet family and the real estate firm Fonciere Loticis. The 75-acre estate in Pessac-Leognan was founded in the 19th century, but changed ownership several times in the 20th century, and during the 1950s it ceased production altogether. But with significant investment by Fonciere Loticis starting in 1999 the estate has been overhauled, with replanted vineyards, a renovated cellar and a new team of consulting viticulturists. Only about 100 cases are of the flagship wine are produced.
