Domaine Bouard-Bonnefoy is in Chassagne-Montrachet, in Cote de Beaune. The 10-acre domain is operated by Fabrice and Carine Bouard. Fabrice is a retired police officer and the land is owned by Carine’s family. The couple’s debut vintage under their own label was in 2006. The estate produces Premier Cru Chassange-Montrachets, including a Pinot Noir.
