Bodegas Riojanas is in Cenicero, in the Rioja appellation. Founded in the late 19th century by the Artacho and Carreras families, the winery went public in 1997 and today is the umbrella company for a number of Spanish and European wine producers. The company owns about 750 acres of vineyards in Rioja.
