Bodegas Mauro was established in 1978 in Valladolid. The 150 acres of vineyards produce about 240,000 bottles annually. The wines are a blend of mostly Tinta de Toro and some Grenache. The prestige cuvee is the Terreus, which is produced only in outstanding vintages. But all the wines usually earn ratings in the 90s from reviewers.
