Domaine Andre Beaufort is in Ambonnay, in Champagne. The 15-acre estate is owned and operated by the Beaufort family and it has been farmed organically since the early 1970s. The vineyards are 100% Grand Cru and planted to 20% Chardonnay and 80% Pinot Noir. Jacques Beaufort is the winemaker.
