Jarvis was founded in the early 1990s by William Jarvis, a Silicon Valley entrepreneur, and his wife Leticia. The estate includes about 37 acres in the Napa Valley and the winemaker is Dimitri Tchelistcheff. Vineyards are planted to Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Malbec, Merlot and Petit Verdot. Jarvis built a state-of-the-art 45,000 square foot cave east of Napa. Jarvis Cabernet Sauvignon and Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon are the estate’s flagship wines.
