Husic Vineyards started in 1995 when Julie and Franck Husic bought property on a hillside overlooking the Stags Leap District. Working with viticulturalist Jim Barbour, the nine-acre property was planted to vineyards in 1997. Husic Vineyards grows Cabernet Sauvignon and a small amount of Petit Verdot. It also buys grapes for produce Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and late harvest Semillon. The winemaker is Mike Hirby, who has also made wine for Realm.
