Thierry Despres Grand Maison owns 50 acres in Monbazillac, along the Dordogne River. The estates vineyards include parcels in the Monbazillac, Bergerac and Cotes de Bergerac appellations. Bergerac is next to Bordeaux and many of the same grapes are used. Thierry Despres makes red, white and rose wines.
