RATINGS

93The Wine Advocate

...baked yellow apples, pie crust, toast, a waft of baking spices and notes of dried hay, chamomile, honey and nuts...palate is much more generous at this early stage, offering loads of ripe, honey-laced fruits and spicy touches, with seamlessly woven freshness and a long finish.

92Vinous / IWC

Powerful tropical and pit fruit scents are sharpened by building mineral and orange zest flourishes. Fresh peach, pineapple and tangerine flavors possess an appealing blend of richness and energy, and a spicy ginger note appears on the back half. Finishes very long and silky with building florality and a refreshingly bitter touch of peach pit.

92Wine Enthusiast

Dried lemon, hints of almond and a brush of sour cream make for a very clean and intriguing nose on this bottling. The palate combines toasted wood, baked lemon and yellow-cake aromas, with pinches of salt and brown spice adding even more warmth.

92Jeb Dunnuck

...notes of caramelized orchard fruits, honeysuckle, hints of pineapple and spice all emerge from this medium-bodied, beautifully textured, layered effort. With good concentration, nicely integrated acidity, and solid length...
