Plenty of white flowers, fresh herbs and white peaches make this juicy but very elegant wine very enticing. Long, lemon-zest, tarragon and mineral finish.
Smells sweeter-fruited and less herbal than the Hiedler version of this wine plus a more leesy/creamy touch. Rounded in the mouth but shot through with high acidity.
