An elegant, medium-bodied red, with subtle, juicy acidity enlivening a silky mix of baked raspberry, red licorice, dried flower and herb notes. Reveals chalky, well-knit tannins that provide fine definition. Minerally finish.
Complex, penetrating, even haunting, nose. Quite ethereal although the palate is initially marked by the sweetness of Grenache. Very satisfying combination of earth (there’s a certain earthiness about the palate) and air (the ethereal nature of the perfume)... Extremely long.
