A real, exotic-fruit compote (plenty of papaya!) with a very attractive combination of richness and freshness. Long. succulent finish.
Hints of creamiest vanilla and caramelized pear stream generously from the glass. The palate deepens these impressions with almost emollient force. All of this encompassing richness is countered by wonderfully sharp freshness and a tingling background of peppery, almost nettly spice. Such lovely balance and such lasting savor!
This shows a great balance between the slightly bitter, honeyed green tea flavors and rich apricot jam notes. Light yet creamy, expressing a prominent herbal essence on the finish.
Intense, confident and refreshing nose and very punchy palate with some spiced apple character. Really accessible and full of appeal. Neat finish.
