Ripe and fresh, offering a lovely mix of mulberry, mulled red currant and damson plum notes that stretches out lengthily, this red is dotted with dried anise, potpourri and black tea accents, plus a pretty, lingering mineral hint.
Black cherry, spice, leather, tobacco, incense and dried flowers meld together.
More savoury on the palate too, but with the same oak spice giving clove aromas. White pepper character on the finish. Substantial yet silky.
