Estimate
Consistently over-achieving wine that is far superior to its humble appellation (Bordeaux Supérieur)...Inky purple, almost black to the rim...Dense crème de cassis, some graphite, spice box and cedar wood... full-bodied, super-concentrated
There's a good smoky prune note on the nose, with lots of floral and mineral nuances. Has loads of fruit on the palate, with an interesting fresh tangerine note that comes through. Full-bodied and supersilky, with a long finish.
Expressive aromas of black raspberry, tobacco, smoky oak and earth. Fat, layered and sweet, with very good depth of blackberry, bitter chocolate and licorice flavor.
