Persian melon, apple and lime inform the ripe nose and succulent, silken palate of this buoyant, lithe, consummately refreshing bottling...fruit is certainly nicely set-off by underlying wet stone in the delightful, long-lasting finish.
Aromatic minerals on the nose. Very rich palate entry – as though it were in the higher reaches of Kabinett ripeness.
