...brambly red berry fruit and wild hedgerow, touches of loam...palate is medium-bodied, with plenty of black plum and raspberry fruit on the entry. Lots of sucrosity here, gentle grip, hints of allspice and even a dab of licorice towards the finish.
Wild strawberries. On the palate, tight, fine-grained and so much minerally freshness and energy. Long, brisk, pure.
