The palate is medium-bodied with supple, but firm tannins, fine acidity, quite grippy with firm backbone on the finish with a tang of black pepper on the finish.
A slightly riper nose is composed by notes of rose petal, violet, earth, poached plum and dark berry liqueur-like scents. There is a really lovely sense of underlying tension to the delineated, tautly muscular and intensely mineral-driven flavors...
