RATINGS

91+ Vinous / IWC

White flowers, lemon confit, marzipan and apricot all grace this powerful yet expressive Chablis. The Vaillons is surprisingly closed on the palate, especially on the finish.

88-90Stephen Tanzer

Vibrant, nuanced nose combines lemon, grapefruit, licorice, ginger and quinine. Fresh, tight and rather classic, with lovely acidity giving excellent cut to the middle palate and extending the aftertaste.
