Warm citrus, Mediterranean herbs and white peaches on the nose. Super delicate, medium-bodied palate with a lot of elegance and refinement. There is good energy, driven by the bright acidity and floral character. Wet-stone finish.
Its bright fruit is accented by deeper tones of honeysuckle, beeswax, saline and roasted almonds, with top notes of grapefruit and spring blossoms. The palate offers intense citrus character and rounded acidity, finishing with gentle savory notes.
Aromas of Anjou pear, orange zest and jasmine, along with hints of vanilla and smoky lees. Vibrant, well-concentrated citrus and orchard fruit and candied ginger flavors are accompanied by suggestions of fennel and dusty minerals. Finishes very long and focused, with solid, spicy thrust and lingering citrus pith and pear nectar notes. The interplay of richness and energy here is quite attractive.
Pineapple, lemon and guava notes are fresh and generous, showing nutmeg, orange marmalade and fresh chamomile details on the long, expressive finish.
