...Listán Negro that comes 70% from Tío Luis and 30% from La Habanera, two plots from La Orotava that contribute to the regular Migan and are also bottled separately in small quantities for the Viticole wine club in the US, like this one. The plots are vinified and aged separately, in concrete and used 600-liter oak barrel, respectively. It has an ashy character, showing the character of La Orotava with spice, dry flowers and wet pumice stone notes.
