Mirabelle and apricot are shadowed in the nose by their high-toned, distilled counterparts and accompanied by equally penetrating intimations of fresh ginger and lime zest. The palate is expansive and oily, with piquant and incisive counterpoints. Happily, a briny note lends saliva-inducement to the prolonged finish.
