Les Reversees is a 12-acre Premier Cru vineyard in the central part of the Beaune appellation, in Burgundy’s Cote de Beaune. It is one of Beaune’s 44 vineyards that is either partly or entirely Premier Cru. Beaune has no Grand Cru.
This white variety originated in Burgundy, but is now grown around the world. Its flexibility to thrive in many regions translates to wide flavor profile in the market. Chardonnay is commonly used in making Champagne and sparkling wines.
