Lush and vibrant, exuding cherry and blueberry flavors, this ripe red is inviting yet deceptive in terms of structure.
...very impressive array of raspberries and red cherries... Very fresh. The palate has terrific depth and detail, saturated plush fruits. A long red-cherry finish.
...very black-fruity bouquet of crushed cassis, red cherry, caramelized orange, asphalt and cedary new oak. On the palate, the wine is concentrated, intense and full-bodied, with sappy acidity and considerable length, its fine-grained tannins asserting themselves on the firm, grippy finish.
The palate is medium-bodied with quite bold and grippy tannin that lends it volume and mass.
Vibrant, raw rhubarb and red bramble fruit, plus a little reductive character giving some rubbery aroma. Loads of violet and sweet spice – really outgoing.
