A blend of 55% Grenache, 32% Mourvèdre and 13% Syrah, the 2015 Justine reveals aromas of spicy black fruit, cracked black pepper and licorice. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, pure and succulent, with velvety tannins, a juicy core of fruit and ripe, mouthwatering acids...
Bright medium red. Sexy spices and a Mourvedre suggestion of tree bark on the warm, inviting nose. Not hugely fleshy but delivers lovely berry and spice intensity and peppery verve. Concentrated, pliant and long on the aftertaste, conveying an impression of warmth in a positive way. A very concentrated, pliant blend.
