It has rocking botrytis notes of honeyed citrus, orange blossom, white flowers, and caramelized peach. These carry to a full-bodied, beautifully pure, precise Sauternes that has good acidity, flawless balance, and just fabulous purity of fruit.

Toasted cereals and honeyed cashew on the nose. Smoky and bold. Very sweet on entry, lots of caramel. There is some fruit underneath, but the perception is largely of a glob of brown sugar. Long.
